Shipping policy
Production & Handling
- All orders are custom printed to order
- Production time: 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
- Orders are not shipped until production is complete
- During high-demand periods, production may take up to 7 business days
Shipping Methods
- Domestic (US) orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx
- International orders ship via DHL or international carriers
- We do not offer expedited shipping at this time
Shipping Timeframes
- US Orders: 5-10 business days after production (7-15 days total)
- Canada Orders: 10-15 business days after production
- International Orders: 10-21 business days after production (2-4 weeks total)
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and product weight
- Customers can see shipping costs before completing purchase
- We do not offer free shipping (unless you offer it as a promotion)
Order Tracking
- Customers receive tracking information via email once their order ships
- Tracking updates are available through the carrier's website
Note on Delays
- Processing times do not include weekends or holidays
- Printful may experience occasional delays due to high order volume
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs
