At SVANK Digital, we are committed to providing an aesthetic, premium, and luxurious experience. Because our apparel collections are meticulously made-to-order and custom-printed for you the moment a purchase is made, we utilize a sustainable production model to prevent environmental textile waste.
Please review our operational policies regarding returns and exchanges below:
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Your satisfaction is our priority. If your item arrives damaged, has a visible printing defect, or is a completely different item than what you ordered, we will resolve it immediately at no cost to you.
- Please contact our concierge team at support@svankdigital.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and a clear photograph showing the issue.
- We will immediately issue a brand-new replacement order through our premium print facility. You do not need to ship the defective item back to us.
2. Size Exchanges & Buyer’s Remorse Because every garment is custom-printed dynamically upon order, we are unable to accept traditional returns or structural refunds for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. To ensure a perfect fit before ordering, please carefully consult the technical measurement charts located on each product page. Our AS Color blanks feature tailored, structured, and premium boxy drapes that fit accurately to sizing standards.
- Our Seamless Exchange Accommodation: If you find that you ordered the incorrect size, please contact us. Rather than forcing you through the hassle of return shipping, our team will extend a one-time Custom Replacement Voucher (50% off) to seamlessly re-order your design in your ideal size. You may keep, donate, or gift the original garment.
3. Lost Packages For packages that fail to arrive, please check your tracking link to ensure a delivery attempt was not missed. If the package is officially declared lost in transit by the carrier, please notify us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will dispatch a replacement shipment at our expense.
